Easy Pork Chops with Brussel Sprout Hash on the Blackstone Griddle

These pork chops were pretty tasty! Simple brine recipe can be found on the "i" tags in the video.

Pork Chop Rub
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon white sugar

Season well on both sides, cook for roughly 4-5 mins on each side unit 145-150°

Brussel sprout hash

5-8 brussel sprouts
1-2 slices thick cut bacon
Half a squash
Salt
Pepper

Slice sprouts thinly
Cut bacon into tiny cubes
Julien squash

Sauteed in bacon fat until soft and crispy.
