Pie Crust Recipe (2-9inch):
2 cups fresh milled flour(152g soft white, 74g oat groats), 4TBSP Sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 4TBSP Chilled butter, 4TBSP solid Coconut oil, 2TBSP Whole Milk, 2 tsp vanilla, 1-2 tsp water

Pumpkin Filling Recipe (2-9 inch Pies):
4 eggs, 2 cans plain pumpkin, 3/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 cup whole milk,1TBSP flour, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 TBSP Pumpkin Pie Spice

Bake 425 F for 15 mins, then 350 F for 40 more mins. cool at least 2 hours
