BLINK artist creates mural as ‘love letter’ for people of Ukraine

Jenny Ustick, a University of Cincinnati professor and BLINK mural artist, said she was approached by the Cincinnati Kharkiv Sister Cities Partnership and Cincy for Ukraine, regarding the project. The two organizations provide humanitarian relief to people in Ukraine.
