Musical Interlude Friday 14.10.2022 - Autumn arrived - sing for joy

I went singing this week, had not been for a while, it was fun ! Sometimes it is more important than we think to sing..
My mum had 4 sisters ( my Grandad was awesome...his name was Ernst - which actually means serious...but he was not although I guess it must have been tough in the mid 30ies and 40ies... he was a painter and decorator and a Trombone player in a brass band !) He was fun for me but I know it was tough, 5 women and a trombone... :) Anyhow this is dedicated to the matriarchs ( :) ) of my family Aunty Marga who passed early 2020 and Aunty Hildgard and Helma 2022 who passed today and my lovely mum Christel Sophia Madgalena who passed 2013 (I think the others only had the one christian name ..) - I'm sure they meet - as they did when they were here. Long live Aunty Ingrid !
Sometimes we sing in sadness. sometimes we sing in defiance, we sing in protest and mostly we sing with joy - at least I hope so !
I come from a musical family and I'm glad about that !
