How to Make Fresh Homemade Guacamole - Cinco de Mayo
Fresh guacamole is the best. What makes it even better is doing it in a molcajete! I'm a believer and I feel it just tastes better. Something about the onion, pepper, cilantro paste you make and the oils it releases over just a chop, makes all the difference.
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons red onion
1 teaspoon jalapeno or serrano
1 tablespoon cilantro
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 clove garlic
1-2 limes
1 tablespoon chopped Roma tomatoes
Chips for dipping
Mix in molcajete or bowl with fork and serve with chips
