Salmon Kebabs - Blackstone Griddle Recipe
These salmon kebabs are an awesome and easy dish taking literally 10 mins or less on the Blackstone.
Ingredients -
Dry seasoning-
1 lb salmon cut into 1" pieces
Olive Oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 lemons, very thinly sliced into rounds
1 tsp kosher salt
1 - Assembly kebabs and lemons on skewers and drizzle with olive oil.
2 - Mix all seasonings and apply to assembled kebabs.
3 - Cook till 150 degrees (or whatever your desired temperature)
Vinaigrette
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1-2 tablespoons honey
