Pimento Cheese - Blackstone Griddle Recipe
Growing up, pimento cheese was something that was always in the fridge. Sometimes bought at the store and sometimes made. Either way it's some south in your mouth. It's easy to do and tastes great!
Ingredients:
8 oz sharp cheddar
8 oz extra sharp cheddar (white)
4 oz pimentos
dash of onion powder
dash of cayenne pepper
1/4 cup mayo (more if needed)
dash of sugar
Directions:
1 - Grate cheese
2 - Add all other ingredients and mix well.
3 - Eat with crackers or sandwich like me.
