Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops on the Blackstone Griddle

These poke chops were REALLY good and tasty! Try them soon!

Items:

Pork chops (bone in or out)
1/2 cup parm
1/2 cup panko
1/2 cup AP flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Lowry's seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper

Dip chops in egg mixture then into panko mixture. Fry on Blackstone until done.
