Throughout Hispanic Heritage Month, we’ve been honoring the many cultures and identities the Hispanic population embodies. People are familiar with the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960’s. They might be less familiar with what’s known as the Chicano Movement, but the movement’s impact can still be felt today.
