How to Cook Asparagus on the Blackstone Griddle

This easy side dish will be a crowd pleaser. Asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables. Add bacon, garlic, and cheese to that, it's even better!

Make this to accompany your main dish, or eat it on its own.

Ingredients
Bunch or more asparagus
2-3 strips of bacon cut into cubes
2 cloves garlic
Shallots/Red onion - 1/4 cup
2 tablespoons white wine
Water for steaming
Salt
Pepper
