Easy Pork Chops with Honey Lime Sauce | Blackstone Griddle Recipe

I did some more pork chops the other day. These make the perfect weeknight meal. These boneless pork chops cook so fast, you'll have dinner on the table quickly!

Ingredients:

Pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Bacon grease for cooking

Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and heat some. Pour over the chops as they cook then at the end.
