Tuna Salad on the Blackstone Griddle

I love a good tuna salad with fresh tuna sliced on top with an Asian type dressing! Yumm-O!

Dressing:

1/4 Olive oil
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
2-3 tablespoons honey
2-3 teaspoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic minced on a microplane
1/2 teaspoon fresh minced ginger on a microplane
1-2 teaspoons black pepper
Pinch of salt (I added Dave's Carolina Reaper Salt)
Dash of sesame oil (I don't like a whole lot personally)

Put all this in a bowl or Mason jar and shake it like a Polaroid picture.

Tuna

Cajun Bait Garlic seasoning
Olive oil
Sesame Seeds (optional)
