Korean Style Short Ribs/Flanken Ribs on the Blackstone Griddle
I've wanted to do these for a long time now and finally the day has come! They were well worth the wait!
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic
1 thumb ginger
1/4 cup brown sugar
1-2 teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Huy Fong Chile Garlic Paste
Combine and pour over ribs. Let sit for at least 4 hrs and preferably overnight.
