The Counseling Window

Counseling has a definite start and stop time. It is a season of counseling. During this time, it is imperative that the counselor and counselee understand that change comes from the LORD. This should relax the discipler, knowing that they don't change individuals. Their role is to water and plant, as Paul said in 1 Corinthians 3:6.
