These names are closest to Putin, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, Russian Security Council President Nikolay Patrushev and FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov.
"The leader of the post-Putin era may be waiting for possible uprisings," said Hoffman, noting that these three names had leadership ambitions.
