Work your abs more functionally in this short, super-effective abs and core stability workout. Why work the abs standing? Because standing is our natural posture! 😊 When we work in a standing position, we can really feel how our abs, back- our entire core has to engage to pull us up and supports our posture.

We'll be getting sculpted and toned but, it'll be all the more effective as we can apply the movement mechanics and sense of pull-up in our daily lives. Victoria x
