Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin on a Pellet Smoker

The maiden voyage! Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin on the Z Grills 1000D pellet smoker today. Great cook and easy thanks to the Z Grills. A matter of turning a dial and letting it get to temp and getting your protein on.

Overall, this was a great dish. I would have liked the bacon to have rendered a little more, but still was really good. Next time I plan to bring the temp up a tad to render the bacon more.

Ingredients:

1 pork tenderloin
Pound of bacon
Favorite rub
Favorite BBQ sauce.
