Best Squash and Zucchini Dish Ever! | Low Carb Recipe

Nothing like have fresh squash and zucchini right out of the garden for a great squash and zucchini casserole! This low carb / keto gratin is like a casserole, but just a weird saying. This dish is easy to make and everyone will love it!

Ingredients:
1-2 Yellow Squash
1-2 Zucchini
Chopped onions (however much you want)
1/2 block of cream cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter
Dash of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

If you mix and it's loose, add more parm.
Want some heat, add pepper jack or pickled jalapenos to the sauce.
