A5 Wagyu cooked on a Blackstone Griddle

Wow! A5 Wagyu cooked on a Blackstone griddle! The best steak I've ever eaten and the most expensive steak I've ever eaten, all at the same time! Wow! This steak was moist, flavorful, and super tender. Certainly my best ever! I got this from Crowd Cow and was about $170 for a 1 pound steak. It was my birthday (Aug 31st), so I splurged and went for it. I've been a good boy ya'll.

Just went with simple salt and that's it!
