Pumpkin French Toast and Bacon on the Blackstone Griddle

This pumpkin french toast recipe on the Blackstone griddle is a perfect and easy fall breakfast dish for your friends and family. Used a nice brioche loaf for the bread and then a nice pumpkin mixture to dip it in. Dang it boys and girls, it's some good groceries.

Ingredients:

Whipped butter:
1 stick unsalted butter - softened
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons honey - or syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

French toast:
1 loaf brioche
4 eggs
2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 tablespoons powdered sugar (more to taste or white sugar)

Butter for griddle.
