Pork Chop w/Mexican Street Corn on the Blackstone Griddle
The Blackstone makes cooking dinner so easy and fun. This video, I'll make a bone-in pork chop with elote corn (street corn). It's going to be good groceries!
Ingredients:
4-5 bone in chops
Brine -
2-3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoons brown sugar
Lime zest (I probably used 1/2 the zest)
Water to fill your container.
Stir the brine until items are dissolved. Then submerge the chops for a couple hours. I went around 3 hours.
Seasoning
1 part salt
1/2 part garlic powder
1/2 part onion powder
1/4 part chicken powder
1/2 - 1 part brown sugar
Mango salsa
1 can of mangos, drained
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup cucumber
1-2 teaspoons salt
1-2 teaspoons pepper
drizzle of olive oil
zest and juice of 1 lime
