Hot Dogs on the Blackstone Griddle

These hot dogs on the Blackstone griddle will take you back to those baseball games, like they did for me. A small twist on this with making red slaw instead of a mayonnaise based coleslaw. It's a great twist and used a lot in our area.

Slaw
1/3 of a head cabbage chopped fine
1/4 - 1/2 cup ketchup
1-2 teaspoons salt
1-2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
2-3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (not red wine like I noted one time in the video)

Chilli
Ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
1-2 teaspoons chilli powder
2-3 tablespoons water
Salt to taste

Hot dogs of choice
