Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups on a Pellet Grill

Jalapeno poppers is a favorite of mine anyway with the pepper, bacon, cheese, but why not put all that in a wonton wrapper and onto your pellet grill/pellet smoker? I'd say that's a pretty good thing there.

Recipe:

1 block of cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
12 oz of bacon cut up
3 jalapenos diced (I removed the seeds and such)
Green onions
Favorite BBQ rub (optional, but wished I would have sprinkled with a sweet type rub)
8oz of shredded colby jack cheese. Can use cheddar too if you wish.
Package of wonton wrappers (find them in the produce section).
