Low Carb Salisbury Steak on the Blackstone Griddle

Are you looking for simple low carb recipes? This low carb salisbury steak recipe will be sure to be a hit with you and your family. The richness of the gravy and the meaty burger patty still shines. Heck, it's way better than those TV dinners that were labeled salisbury steak. I will say, they were good. 😉

Ingredients:

2lbs ground chuck
1 onion
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 cup of raw sliced mushrooms
1-2 cloves garlic

Gravy:
2 cups beef stock/broth
1/2 cup sour cream
7 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
Xanthan gum
Dash of Gravy Master
