Low Carb Lasagna Stuffed Mushrooms on the Blackstone Griddle

Low carb lasagna stuffed mushrooms cooked on the Blackstone griddle was very easy and delicious. My wife brought this idea to me the other day as we've been stuffing these mushrooms with a lot of items. Ricotta cheese was in the fridge and needed to be used too!

Portabella mushroom caps - 4
Small diced onion
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta
1 egg
Ground beef - 1lb
Pregro jar sauce
Garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
