Pursuing Holiness (2 Cor 7:1)

What does it mean to "bring holiness to completion in the fear of God?" Here we see the responsibility of every believer to strive for a closer walk with Jesus, which brings holiness and righteousness into focus. It is the opposite of the current trend of flippancy toward sin we see in some Christian circles.
