SA JUDICIAL REVIEW:
A CALL TO ACTION

The Supreme Court of SA has set a Directions Hearing for 9:00 am Monday 17 October 2022 to determine if the Appeal can be heard in November as a matter of priority and determine a cost capping order. It is important that this case is heard before the expiry of the transitional arrangements of the Healthcare Workers Direction.

As this case has been totally publicly funded and supported - we invite all interested parties to attend the Supreme Court - Gouger Street Adelaide at this time in a display of solidarity to send a message that laws affecting our civil rights are of the highest importance and costs should not prohibit access to a fair hearing.

This is the people’s case - it has affected us all, either directly or indirectly, and when it is read Varnhagen and ‘Others’ it means YOU!
