1.Boil 1lb shrimp until orange (about a min or so!). Add salt and paper to water.

2.Dab the shrimp dry with paper towel.

3. Dressing: I used 1/2 cup mayo, juice half a lemon, half tbsp sriracha, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp olive oil, sea salt, fresh ground pepper, and 1 tsp vinegar.

4. Then assemble with butter lettuce as the base, added avocado, fresh jalapeño, red onion, capers, chives.
