Ukrainian forces launched a rocket attack that hit Russia’s Belgorod Region on Thursday, leaving part of a local town in flames. The strike came just after a high-rise residential building in the center of Belgorod became a target for Kiev’s troops. RT’s Igor Zhdanov reports.
