TODAY I'M THE GRUNT (FERROCEMENT) 3

This is what I'm working on today. I am literally forced by discomfort, and lack of help, to attack this problem myself. This grunt isn't too proud to work. Where as the grunt I hired and fired, is way too good for honest pay for an honest days work. He's MIA.
