Pork Belly Burnt Ends on the Big Green Egg

This pork belly burnt end recipe is easy but turns out fantastic. This recipe can be done on any type of smoker and doesn't have to be a Big Green Egg. Just have to put a little time in to smoking them, then braising them. Total time is about 5 hours.

Ingredients:

Slab of pork belly
Rub of your choice - I used Uncle Steve's Shake and County Smoak
1 cup of brown sugar
1.5 sticks butter
Favorite BBQ sauce
