Making this pork chop sandwich on the Blackstone griddle was a lot of fun and it was very simple and most of all, very good!

Ingredients:
Tenderized pork
2 cups Flour
1 cup Milk
2 eggs
1 tsp Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar

Chili
1/2 lb Ground beef
3-4 tablespoons Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Beef powder

Slaw
Cabbage
Mayo
Apple cider vinegar
Sugar
Salt
Pepper

Mustard

Tomato

Mayo
