Yakisoba - Japanese Stir Fry Noodles on the Blackstone Griddle

This video is a member cook video where I asked the members of the channel what they'd like to see me cook. I placed all the names in a generator and spun it. The winner was Bobbi Catton and the dish recommended was Yakisoba. At first I was very afraid of what this was, but when I started researching, it was right up my alley!

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs chicken breast (can use thighs too)
1 yellow onion
2-3 green onions
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup of shredded cabbage
1/2 cup of shredded carrots
16 oz of noodles

Sauce-
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
4 tablespoons worcestershire
2 teaspoons sugar
