Breakfast Pulled Pork, Potatoe, Egg Hash on the Blackstone Griddle

Cooking breakfast recipes on the griddle is one my favorite things to cook. This breakfast hash recipe includes potatoes, pulled pork, fried eggs, sweet Cackalack BBQ sauce, and green onions. I must say, it's a heck of a meal.

This recipe was one that I had inspiration from Sunny Rock in Blowing Rock, NC. They call theirs the Crosby, Stills, and Hash. It was so good that I had to do my own.

Ingredients:

1 lb pulled pork
Bag of Simply Potatoes
Sweet BBQ sauce (use your fav)
Two eggs
Scallions
