Cooking breakfast recipes on the griddle is one my favorite things to cook. This breakfast hash recipe includes potatoes, pulled pork, fried eggs, sweet Cackalack BBQ sauce, and green onions. I must say, it's a heck of a meal.

This recipe was one that I had inspiration from Sunny Rock in Blowing Rock, NC. They call theirs the Crosby, Stills, and Hash. It was so good that I had to do my own.

Ingredients:

1 lb pulled pork
Bag of Simply Potatoes
Sweet BBQ sauce (use your fav)
Two eggs
Scallions
