Organizations must continually adapt to survive in today’s competitive market. No matter what business you’re in, your organization is likely going through some sort of change – whether it’s a change in leadership, a change in direction, or a change in product offerings. The future of work and economic situations are still very much in flux and only the most agile, adaptable businesses will continue to thrive amidst all this ongoing change. Managing change throughout your organization does not need to be stressful. Having the right processes and tools can help.

I had the honor of interviewing Cheryl Benedict, founder of MORF Consulting. She is an author of The Wisdom of Transition - Navigating Change at Work and won the Sound Advice Book Award for Best New Author 2020. She designed/facilitated/delivered various leadership development programs for many organizations such as Colorado water professionals, Merrick & Company. She’s been a frequent presenter at the various national and regional conferences.
