Sage! Breakfast Sausage and Butternut Hash | Chef Terry

Today I decided to visit Sage. I have used it in a brown butter sauce, it's finest application. Sage goes great with poultry or in a Saltimbocca. But a recipe that uses it quite well is Breakfast Sausage.

1 to 2 tablespoons Fresh Sage
1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme
1 teaspoon Ancho Powder
1 teaspoon Chipotle Powder
Garlic As much as you like!
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
2 pounds Ground Pork
2 tablespoons Molasses
