Agreement between Truckers & Mayor not wanted by police chief & Gov

In an interview with CBC, Keith Wilson said that an agreement between Truckers and Ottawa mayor to move trucks out of downtown was well on the way, however, interim chief Bell & Gov didn't want deal to go ahead.
