My Daughters 13th Birthday, her 2nd party of the day, CPS claims she was abused and neglected

On her 13th birthday , at age 16 she was abducted and abused by halifax police and child protection services after I tried to report Dan Miller for multiple crimes including the murder of Sheila Madore in dartmouth , he is very dangerous and does not work alone he has many victims and lures people from helping agencies they abuse people sometimes for years , abusing the most vunerable , he is never charged because the city makes more money off the victims and I found several of his victims all lost kids when they tried to report him . when I reported police moved and criminal and gang member into my building which was owned by slumlord and police officer Andrew MacVicar and his wife. That group did many crimes including the grooming of a teen girl , drug sales ,vandalism , threats and the murder of a man in north end , all arrranged by police . no one has seen or heard from my daughter in years she had to sign documents saying I abused her in order to have relief from the abuse and get any basic rights she is abused daily and groomed and will never be normal again , kittie we love you and miss you every day
