These Beef Noodles are the Perfect Comfort Food on Snow Days!

Comfort food is what I want on a cold, wintery day and these beef noodles hit the spot. Using the Instant Pot really helped get the chuck roast nice and tender in a short amount of time.

Ingredients:

1 chuck roast (2-3 lbs)
Salt (1 tsp per pound)
