Bosnia election officials investigate for possible "vote-rigging"

Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik, who is pro-Russian, has pulled out ahead in the Bosnian election. Because of that, election officials in Bosnia are investigating the election for possible "vote-rigging". Are we looking at another country that the US is trying to keep under their control?
