MZTV 1060: Death is an Enemy and a Mercy at the Same Time

Today I mourn the death of our fellow believer and teacher James Coram, and the daughter of our dear sister in Christ Nancy Buentello. Death is an enemy, but only temporarily. God will in the end, through Christ, abolish the last enemy, which is death. In the meantime, death can come as a mercy in that it ends the suffering of those in great pain here upon this vale of tears. Our tears and hearts go out to these believers and their loved ones. Thank God that Christ died for the sake of all, that God will become, at the end of the eons, all in all (1 Corinthians 15:28).
