Day 1 on this RAW STeak & Eggs 30 Days Challenge outlining what I eat in a day on my carnivore diet for weight loss. My entire life I’ve been told by the food industryand medical authorities that this type of a breakfast is unhealthy and will make me sick.

So I listened to them and I ate the cheerios, the plant based wheaties, the whole grain toast with orange juice. I increased my plant consumption throughout my entire 30s only to find myself continuing to gain fat and experience health problems.

After discovering the benefits of Carnivore animal based way of eating 9 months ago I’ve lost nearly 60lbs in the first 6 months, my energy levels are higher than ever, my mind is more clear and focused than it has ever been, and I’m experiencing the highest level of emotional composure I’ve ever experienced. I can now confidently say fuck that to food recommendations made by the “health authorities”. I’ll figure this out for myself!

For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where Joe Rogan asked Jordan B Peterson about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 51+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
