Today's video from The Texas Boys:

We are making granola!

18 c. oatmeal
3 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1 1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 c. butter
1/2 c. coconut oil
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1 c. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt

Mix first 5 ingredients. Mix the rest and heat. Pour syrup over dry ingredients and stir to coat everything. Press into 9''x13'' pans. Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Yields 9 Quarts. Hope that y'all have a blessed day.
