Benson has promised a 30-minute or less wait for services at the branch offices. Yet even before the Covid pandemic shut the offices completely down, wait times had INCREASED by over 2 HOURS in some locations!

Benson’s response to Covid was to shut it down and deny services to Michiganders, and then charge them late fees for not being able to get services!
