"That's Not My Dad!!”--- Man Accused of Stealing Truck with Two Kids Inside

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Florida released body camera footage of an officer arresting a man who allegedly stole a truck with two children still inside. Footage shows the officer demanding the truck to pull over. The officer approaches the truck while the suspect, Kevin Smith, reluctantly opens the window and door. A child is seen in the front seat telling the officer that the man driving is not his father, while the other child sits in the back. The officer then arrests Smith. He is charged with grand theft auto and kidnapping. The two children, 4 and 8, were uninjured and reunited with their father.
