"Two years before the events began in Syria, I was in UK for a different matter. I met UK officials, including friends of mine, they admitted to me that they were preparing something for Syria, this was in the UK not the US!

The UK orchestrated the Syrian revolution. They even asked me as a former French foreign minister if I may participate! But I definitely refused.

This confirms where this operation came from? It was orchestrated, organised and well known before it even started!

The goal is very simple goal, destabilizing the Syrian government due to its anti-Israel tendencies.
