Italian Feast...Fettuccine Alfredo with Baked Chicken and Shrimp Scampi

Come and feast like the LoDuca's in this Fettuccine Alfredo with Baked Chicken and Shrimp Scampi, homemade Italian Salad and Garlic Cheese Bread. I hope you're hungry!!

Ingredients:

Chicken -
Italian Style Bread Crumbs
Parmesan Cheese
Parsley
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Canola Oil

Grease your pan, mix all dry ingredients and add small amounts of oil to create a wet sand mixture, dip chicken in oil and coat in breadcrumb mixture. Add small amount of water to pan and bake for 25-35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Alfredo Sauce-
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
1 Pint Heavy Cream (or Half & Half)
1 to 1 & 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
White Pepper
Garlic Salt

Melt butter and saute with garlic, add cream cheese and cream, bring to a boil and then add pepper and little garlic salt, then add Parmesan cheese and reduce heat to low.

Garlic Cheese Bread-
Butter
Garlic Salt
Italian Style Shredded Cheese
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Oregano

Butter bread and then add garlic salt, Parmesan cheese, Italian style cheese, mozzarella cheese and then sprinkle with Oregano. Bake for ~5 minutes in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted.
