Why are the FBI and CIA Worse for Democracy than the Jan 6 MAGA Rioters?

As the Jan 6 Hearing ramps up again this week it also became clear how the FBI and CIA are guilty of undermining presidential elections. They use their power to get democrats elected. I understand the anger of the rioters. It is no wonder they question election integrity.
