NO you can't use your 300 dollar error fare tickets 🇦🇪

A number of travelers is left disappointed and some even angry after Etihad Airways confirmed the cancelation of so-called error fare tickets made with the airline in recent days. This news comes after online ticket website Skyscanner sold numerous tickets between Sydney, Australia and Berlin in Germany once news of the super cheap fares spread like wildfire.

Etihad Airways has now confirmed it has canceled all those too good to be true tickets and the amounts paid will be refunded in full. The airline also explained that because of a glitch in their system, only taxes were paid for, while the entire base fare and probably high fuel surcharges were mistakenly not calculated at all.

An error like this can occur every once in a while, and it’s up to the airline to honor or refund these tickets as they are obviously not properly priced. A number of ticketholders in Australia has now said that they would take action against the airline for canceling their tickets just like that.
