At the end of September, the Kherson region made its choice - at a referendum it confirmed its desire to join the Russian Federation, restore historical justice and restore what has been lost in recent years.

We knew that such a decision would not be recognized by the Ukrainian authorities and expected them to take revenge on us. And so it turns out - every day the cities of the Kherson region are subjected to missile strikes: Kherson and Novaya Kakhovka, Naked Pristan and Chernobaevka. These missile strikes cause serious damage, first of all, to the inhabitants. The targets that missiles hit are hotels, residential buildings, markets, where there are many civilians.

In this regard, the leadership of the Kherson Administration decided to organize the possibility of Kherson families traveling to other regions of the Russian Federation for recreation and study. First of all - for the inhabitants of the right bank. But at the same time, we suggested that all residents of the Kherson region, if there is such a desire, to protect themselves from the consequences of missile strikes, also go to other regions. First of all, these are the Crimea, the Rostov Region, the Krasnodar Territory, the Stavropol Territory - our neighbors. Take your children and leave.

Turning to the leadership of the country, I would like to ask you for help in organizing such work. We, residents of the Kherson region, of course, know that Russia does not abandon its own people, and Russia always lends a shoulder where it is difficult."
